  • The collar is gathered with hand-smocked embroidery, giving a hand-made feel to the unique piece, surrounding the neck with shapes of sun rays. 
  • The blouse is timeless and classic, inspired by traditional peasant shirts and nightgowns.
  • The tie detail around the neck is made from hand-woven embroidery threads. The hem, neckline, and cuffs are finished with a hand-made fringe edge.
  • There is an invisible hook & eye closure at the front.

    SPECIAL NOTE:

    'Smocking' is a traditional embroidery technique that gathers fabric to create vertical pleats. Those pleats then being secured and decorated with different embroidery stitches made by hand, allowing stretchiness and movement.
